I’ve been a clinical psychologist for 23 years and my focus has been on working with women with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions issues, relationship issues, etc, and individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the therapeutic relationship to assist clients with improving their mental health, making positive changes, healing, and striving to be their most authentic selves. I value the mind-body-spiritual connection and incorporate this into my practice. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF) trained in the work/research of Brene Brown, Ph.D. My pronouns are she, her, and hers.
