Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most sessions are currently online. If you would prefer to meet face to face, please let us know as some of our providers are now back in the office.
We use a HIPAA compliant Zoom platform. Please make sure you have a strong wifi connection and a private place to meet with your provider.
To access your session, please click on your provider's link 1 minute before the session starts. You will then be asked for your name (first names are fine) and then it will take you automatically to the provider's virtual waiting room. They will start your video session as soon as they are available. During this time, no one except your provider can see that you are in the waiting room and the program will alert your provider that you are waiting.

If you enter at the wrong time or wrong day, your therapist will remove you from the waiting room and send you a message to contact our front desk manager.
