She also offers Discernment Counseling for couples on the brink of divorce.

To support clients in their healing of inner conflicts and wounds, self-exploration, and personal growth, Kathy uses primarily IFS, Family Systems, CBT, Complicated Grief Therapy, psychoeducation, and somatic interventions.

Kathy earned her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. She also holds a PhD in Spanish from the University of Illinois. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked in higher education and as a translator/interpreter (English/Spanish), experiences that have enriched her ability to support a diverse range of clients.
